Concord was recently named the 38th best place to live in America according to MONEY magazine. According to MONEY, the list focuses on quality of life traits of a community: job climate, school systems, cultural and recreational resources, crime and affordability of homes. The list also concentrated on towns ranging from 10,000 to 100,000, to avoid major cities and to unveil smaller towns and affordable suburbs. MONEY partnered with Realtor.com to grasp a better understanding of the housing market in America.
