Executive Director
Page Castrodale joined Cabarrus Economic Development in 2018 as Existing Industry director. In this role, she focused on providing support to Cabarrus County’s existing businesses so that they could grow.
Appointed Executive Director in 2020, Page expanded her portfolio to include both entrepreneurial endeavors and business recruitment. She forged a strategic partnership with Flywheel that brought the Cabarrus Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship to Concord as an incubator for the county’s new business.
Under her leadership, the EDC helped with the expansion of existing businesses such as NASCAR and Rick Hendrick Motorsports and the recruitment of more than $2 billion in new industry investment including Eli Lilly, Red Bull, and Zipline. As a result of her success in supporting start-ups, existing business and new industry, Page was recognized in the “Power 100” for business leaders by the Charlotte Business Journal as well as a “Newsmaker of the Year” in 2022.
Page brings over 15 years of business and communications experience to the team. She is a North Carolina native and graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.

Page Castrodale Named ‘Economic Developer of the Year’ by the North Carolina Economic Development Association
Page Castrodale received statewide recognition when she was named the ‘Economic Developer of the Year’ by the North Carolina Economic Development Association (NCEDA).
Page was recognized and presented with a plaque during the NCEDA Annual Conference in June 2024.
