NASCAR Hosts Groundbreaking Ceremony for New Productions Facility

A ceremonial groundbreaking event took place on August 31 for the new NASCAR Productions Facility that will be built on the land adjacent to the NASCAR R&D Center in Concord, North Carolina.

Participants gathered to hear about the new facility and officially mark the beginning of construction.

The new facility will house approximately 125 NASCAR Productions and MRN employees with further room to expand operations in the future. NASCAR expects the facility to be fully operational by the start of the 2024 season.

The new location is strategically located next to the NASCAR R&D Center and will be more closely situated to the majority of NASCAR team operations. The facility will offer more space and will be a far more efficient resource for the industry at large.

Following the ceremony, attendees were invited to join NASCAR and local representatives for a post-event celebration at Twenty-Six Acres Brewing Company.
