4540 Fortune Ave. LLC, a joint venture between The Nolim Group, CM Black Construction and CESI, is moving forward with plans to build a 75,000-square-foot Class “A” speculative office building at the International Business Park at Concord. The building, which will help fill a great void for available office space in Cabarrus County, is expected to be completed in late spring 2017 at an estimated cost of $8 million.

Cabarrus County, N.C. – Cabarrus Economic Development Corporation announced today that Project Burgundy, Intertape Polymer Corp., a subsidiary of Intertape Polymer Group Inc.
