City of Concord

Concord is one of the most respected and desirable business destinations in the Charlotte-Gastonia-Concord metropolitan statistical area.  Located on I-85 northeast of Charlotte (see map), this city of 64,653 is home to two of the top ten tourist attractions in the state: Concord Mills Mall, which welcomes more than a million visitors a year and Charlotte Motor Speedway, the largest sports facility in the southeast and one of the most famous stops on the NASCAR circuit.

Concord boasts the fourth busiest airport in North Carolina, Concord Regional Airport. It has no commercial traffic yet averages 75 flights daily in general aviation. They have a contract FAA tower and a 7,400-feet runway with full instrument approach.

One of the premier industrial parks in the region is The International Business Park at Concord  which has set a standard for excellence. Companies such as Pass & Seymour/LeGrandSysco Foods, PreGel America and Connextions have chosen to locate here because of the high quality of sites and buildings, immediate access to I-85 and minutes from Charlotte.

Additionally our assets include the Embassy Suites Hotel Resort Spa and Conference Center and The Great Wolf Lodge and Resort both located along Bruton Smith Blvd. in the entertainment district.

Everything is within 30 minutes of the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport via I-85. Any major amenity your business could need is right here in Concord.
